Two World Republics: USA and Holy Roman Empire

Time magazine should have every Seventh-day Adventist on the edge of their seats. “The New Roman Empire”. This is September 2015. Good Morning Adventists. Adventist Today is wondering why North Americans are so quiet in their latest edition. Compare the shocking detail with Der Spiegel 27 November 2006:

This is a very good question. Adventists are quiet because they have been screaming this for centuries since their inception. Alonzo T. Jones wrote in 1891 a book called: The Two Republics or Rome and the United States of America (Battle Creek, Michigan: Review and Herald Publishing Company, 1891). On the pre-last page of his book he predicted saying “As surely as the movement to commit the government of the United States to a course of religious legislation, shall succeed, so surely will there be repeated the history of Rome in the fourth and fifth centuries” (Jones 1891: 893).

Surely, Jones was right. Did the Obama administration submit the USA government to a “course of religious” [proceedings] in recent days? Let CNN tell the story. Well, better still let another newspaper say more:

Howard Fineman in an article in the Huffingtonpost with the title: “Pope Francis wants to be president of the World” said the following:

He hasn't announced his candidacy. Indeed, the job he seeks doesn't really exist. But shrewdly, methodically and with a showman's flair, the soft-spoken, 78-year-old Argentinian Jesuit priest named Jorge Mario Bergoglio -- Pope Francis -- showed Thursday that he is running to become president of the planet. He did so in a congressional ceremony of secular civic pomp in a massive legislative building that, after all, harks back to ancient Rome. As devout as he is, and as focused on the faith and practice of the Catholic Church, Francis is also campaigning to lead public, secular, political discourse worldwide. He is arguing that the two realms of faith and politics are one, and that the moral and spiritual teachings of faith should inform and guide political decisions for "our common home." This is not a new idea, but it seems again a timely one. Francis' own church sorely needs the refreshing input of world opinion. Secular leaders, meanwhile, are reviled and government itself seems to have lost any sense of moral purpose. With the rope-line skills of Bill Clinton and the stagecraft mastery of Ronald Reagan, Francis is selling himself and his message in Washington like the political master that he is.. . . The pope wants to win that battle, and Washington was one more stop on the campaign tour.” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/pope-francis-world-leader_56041e79e4b00310edfa4d0f

Was the USA a New World Order? The Great Seal of the USA reads: Novos Ordo Seclorum “a New Order of Things”. They claimed that God as nodded or favored the undertaking of this new empire. The Holy Roman empire was “wounded” after 1260 years in 1798. The Vatican and papacy took over from Justinian in 538 CE when the real fall of Rome took place and the official titles of Rome were removed. Justinian in that year pronounced that he should be called no longer a Soldier but a Theologian. Pagan Rome in this marathon of powers have given over the torch to the Papacy who ran for 1260 years until Napoleon (with the help of the New Order of Things secular Constitution) removed the Papacy from power for imprisonment in France. The Naked Pope by Napoleon’s artist, Jacques-Louis David is a living witness of that embarrassing fall. Rightly called the Fall of the Papacy as Empire.

Justinian’s coin of 538 CE dates to his XII or 12th year. He is now Theologian with cross in the hand and no longer soldier with lance and soldier gear as before. Justinian on a horse statue of which this drawing survived. Notice the cross on the earth since he was now a theologian and no longer soldier. He fulfilled the VICARIUS FILII DEI principle by being the Warrior Christ on earth as Christ is the Warrior Christ in Heaven.

But Revelation 13 assigned these events to a wounding that would be healed, to the first beast. The second beast is Jones’ second Republic of the World, the USA, the title on his book of 1891. So how long has Seventh-day Adventists been waiting for this healing of the First Beast and made great by the Second Beast as predicted? 2015-1891 = 124 years ago. Book after book, pamphlet after pamphlet, journal after journal, magazine after magazine, sermon after sermon, lecture after lecture, you can investigate for yourself the great GC Archives and James White Archives online. It is a golden thread through Adventism since its beginning. Except the North American skeptics who bought into Baby Boomer liberalism, secularism, materialism? Other kinds of –isms too. They got weakened from waiting and wished to give up. In Journal funded privately by them they have special satirists to focus on all the dirty washing in the closet and refuse to report the clean ones. Well, finally, it is here and once again one can say: Good morning Adventists!

Do not overlook (see red mark) VICARIUS FILII DEI = 666 in Gratian’s Decretum of 1512

VICARIUS FILII DEI is still 666 in standard Seventh-day Adventist hermeneutics unedited. Period. Our modern problem is Editing Adventists as opposed to True Adventists.

Jones outlined the difference between the virgin American Empire (not the corrupt one he was predicting later in our times, see supra), saying the following:

“The principle of Rome in all its phases is that religion and government are inseparable. The principle of the government of the United States is that religion is essentially distinct and totally separate from civil government, and entirely exempt from its cognizance. The principle of Rome is the abject slavery of the mind; the principle of the United States of America is the absolute freedom of the mind.” (Jones 1891 Preface).

Jones then asked a very relevant question: “Will it [Jones’ virgin understanding of the USA role in the World before 1891] maintain the high position which God has given it before all the nations- or shall it be brought down from its high estate, be shorn of its power and its glory, and, bound and fettered, be led a captive in the ruinous triumph of the papacy.” (Jones 1891: 874).

We did not say it. It was Jones. And this was 124 years ago. He was an Adventist. Just for the record.

The Sign of the Times have indeed arrived. The End is indeed in sight. Are we ready? Time to saddle-off and take a rest. The Latter Rain and other events must be a touch away. Start looking out and start studying with intensity since we live in dangerous times with eternity at stake.

Dear God

Also we need to take stock of ourselves whether we are playing with God and with our status as remnant or people of God. Grant that we will believe with all our heart and minds and everything that is in us. Amen.
