Johannes Oecolampadii wrote a Commentary on Daniel in 1530, 1543, 1562 and in Geneva in 1553, 1567 and 1578. He focused more on the modern views on the Antichrist than the lectures of Calvin.

Victorinus Strigeiji wrote a commentary on Daniel at Leipzig in 1565, 1571 and 1572.

George Joye 1540. Said that Daniel 7:25 can only allocate the Little Horn to the Pope since they changed Saturday Sabbath to Sunday.
