A parenting Seminar will be held at Hacienda Heights Chinese Church on the coming Sabbath of July 25, 2009 11:00 am by Dr. Mei Mei Cho, Mrs. Selina Choo and Mrs. Amabel Tsao.  All parents are welcome.  For registration, please contact Selina Choo.

親子講座將於本安息日(7月25日)上午11:00時在本堂舉行。主講人為卓朱美美、朱陳潔玲及曹美星。歡迎父母們參加。報名事項請與朱陳潔玲聯絡。

Spiritual Retreat. We want to thank all those who have a part in planning, organizing and participating in this church’s first Spiritual Retreat. They did a wonderful job. A total of 109 campers stayed overnight and 125 members attended on Sabbath. Thank you to all our members and their friends who came to support the Retreat. We are blessed by the speaker, Dr. Nam, for his inspiring messages, and by the love and fellowship shown among the campers.

屬靈退修會：謹向本堂舉辦第一次退修會的所有參與籌劃及組織的委員們致最高謝意，他們完成了美好的工作。此次退修會共有109名會友全程參加以及125位參加安息日聚會。謝謝本堂教友以及他們的朋友對此次退修會的支持。我們藉著主講人南博士的屬靈信息以及參與者所表現的友愛和交誼而蒙福。

 
A baby dedication is planned for August 1, 2009. If you wish to have your child dedicated to the Lord, please contact Pastor Cho.

A baptism is planned for August 15, 2009. If there is anyone who would like to consider baptism, please contact Ps. Paul Cho or Ps. John Lou.

Vacation Bible School (VBS) will begin this coming Friday evening. Flyers are available in the lobby. If you are able to help, please contact Pastor John Lou or Andy Wan. Please share this information with your friends, relatives and neighbors, and come and support your VBS. Pray for those who are helping out, the children and their parents.

The final product of the DVD /CD of the North American Chinese Camp Meeting Sacred Music Concert has already been done. Thank God for the opportunity for us to honor Him through music. Thank our choir director Dr. George Hszieh for his dedication in leading our church choir.  Thank Mrs. Amabel Tsao for her enthusiasm to put this great project together.  Thank every single one of you who has participated in the concert.  It is $20 for each DVD and $15 for each CD as donation.
