Tuesday evening of May 17th we arrived safely in Yamagata.The next day we traveled to Sendai city and held a mini concert at Sendai Park. In the afternoon we had the chance to visit the tsunami site which is in Naroti. Everything was totally destroyed. I felt sorry for the people who lost their shelter and loved ones.
We also had the opportunity to visit and sing for the tsunami victims.They were happy to see us singing for them.I felt that they were comforted and blessed by our songs. For two nights we had concerts here in Yamagata. Some of the visitors it was their first time for them to hear the gospel songs and it was really comforting and with full of meaning for them.
On Sabbath morning we had mini concerts and sang some Japanese songs. Our guest speaker was Pastor Kim Seon Man. We had a wonderful sabbath in Yamagata church.
We are so happy to be in this place especially for visiting those victims of tsunami. We have brought hope for them that despite of that great tradgedy they still have hope to our God Almighty.Let us continue to pray for them and for Yamagata Church members and Pastor.

Thank Golden Angels so much for their extraordinary service that they visited those families who lost their beloved ones and properties. Please tell them and sing that there is a land where there will be no disasters, there will be a day all the sorrows will be only a past. Thank you Jemima for posting this news.
