Genesis 8:8-9
8 Then he sent out a dove to see if the water had receded from the surface of the ground.
9 But the dove could find no place to set its feet because there was water over all the surface of the earth; so it returned to Noah in the ark. He reached out his hand and took the dove and brought it back to himself in the ark.

dove: 비둘기
recede: 물러나다, 줄다
surface: 표면
feet: foot의 복수, 발
return: 돌아오다
reach: 도달하다, 뻗치다, 내밀다 (out)
Question: What happened to the dove that Noah sent out?
a. It never came back because it found a dry place to stay.
b. It came back to Noah, not finding anywhere to stay.

8 그가 또 비둘기를 내놓아 지면에서 물이 줄어들었는지를 알고자 하매
9 온 지면에 물이 있으므로 비둘기가 발붙일 곳을 찾지 못하고 방주로 돌아와 그에게로 오는지라 그가 손을 내밀어 방주 안 자기에게로 받아들이고

질문: 노아가 내보낸 비둘기에게 무슨 일이 일어났습니까?
a. 머무를 마른 땅을 찾았으므로 다시 돌아오지 않았다
b. 머무를 땅을 찾지 못하여 노아에게로 돌아왔다

홍수 시작 일백 오십 일을 정점으로 물이 줄어들기 시작했으나 열 한 달이 지난 후에도 여전히 온 땅이 물로 덮여 있어 비둘기가 발 붙일 곳을 찾지 못하고 노아에게로 돌아 왔습니다. 자세하고 사실적인 기록이 이 사건이 실제로 일어난 일이었음을 실감나게 합니다.

The water began to recede after 150 days of the Flood, but still the whole surface of the earth was covered by water even after 11th month of the Flood. The dove could not find any dry place to set its feet and came back to Noah. The detailed and factual record of the incident makes us realize that it was a historical one.
