One difference

"The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands." Genesis 9:2

dread: 공포

하나님께서 만물을 창조하시고 아담에게 말씀하셨던 동물들과의 관계가 여기 다시 반복됩니다. 창세기 1장에서도 모든 생물들을 다스리라고 하셨지요. 지구의 모든 생물들을 돌볼 큰 책임을 인간에게 부여하셨습니다. 그런데 한 가지 차이가 있습니다. 그 때는 동물들에게 인간에 대한 두려움이 없었으나 타락 후에는 인간을 두려워하게 되었습니다. 인간 자신이 무언가를 두려워하고 불안한 존재가 되었기 때문이겠죠. 하나님 안에 새로 태어나 두려움을 이기는 우리 삶이 되기 원합니다.

The relationship between men and animals which was installed at creation is repeated here by God. He gave the commission to rule over them in Genesis 1, too. But we see a difference. At that time, animals had no fear of men. But after the Fall, animals came to fear them. Perhaps because people themselves became beings with fear and anxiety. We want to have new life in God and overcome the fear.
