The Northern Asia-Pacific Division of Seventh Day Adventists held a 3-day Children's Advisory from April 19-21, 2011. Children department directors from all over the conferences under the Northern Asia-Pacific Division territory attended the said event. Dr. Lindah Koh and Dr. Saustin Mfune were the speakers from the General Conference to to fill the willing minds of directors that attended. The event was under the banner entitled "Every Child a Disciple for Jesus". As the Director of the Children's department of the Northern Asia-pacific Division, Dr. Sally Lam Phoon spearheaded and supervised the program. Dr. Akeri Suzuki also graced to come in the advisory, giving a message from the Administration of the Northern Asia-Pacific Division.

The whole advisory was focused in equipping the participants(Children Department Directors of Each Unions and Conferences) with everything that they need to facilitate the work in each of their territories. With this in mind, Drs. Sally, Lindah, and Saustin gave messages, fact, lectures, tips and tools on how to achieve a better performance in regards of dealing with the Children's ministries. One of the highlights of the event was when each Unions and Mission fields gave their reports for the past 5 years. Which inspired and set all hearts ablazed to better serve the minstry for children. Because of this, every one was eager to do more than what they have done. Having this feeling they went on to set their goals for the next five years and earnestly prayed for it. The whole event was just full of God's spirit until the very end. May all the people that read this may be inspired to also do what they can to better serve the work God has laid on man for the children. Always remember thay are precious in His sight!
