Genesis 4:16-26 King James Version (KJV)

16 And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.

17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

Question 1: Do you like cities? ___________________

Question 2: Were there not just Adam's family at that time? Where did this woman come from to be Cain's wife?

a. Since Genesis is a fable, you should not take the report too seriously.

b. Genesis focused on Cain and Abel, but Adam must have had more children, living for more than 900 years.

Question: In vss. 20-22, we see the fathers of many jobs. Is there any significance about that?
