---Angels cannot "create". No creature can create. Only God can make from nothing something that comes alive.

---Also Elijah mocking the gods of Jezebel that they are "sleeping" the scribe remembered.

---So in the Flood account it says the Flood came because the humans were too "noisy" and the gods could not sleep in heaven!
