Lesson 4 may the Holy Spirit be the speaker to your heart. The Topic today is: "How the poor can
bring offerings for Morning Manna in the Sabbath School Series Managing for the Master until He comes The Opening Hymn will be 229 "Spirit
of the Living God" The Sabbath School Quarterly, downloadable
from SSnet.org in the Teacher's Edition is on page 30. The SSnet.org site allows anyone, anywhere
to read the lesson in their own language. Choose your own language to see God
speaking also to your heart. Why do you not click right now on this
link and enjoy the lesson of this week right now? https://absg.adventist.org/pdf.php?file=2023:1Q:SE:PDFs:EAQ123_04.pdf ---What do you do if you are a poor person
black or white living in the squatters-camp near Gauteng in shacks, plastic and
temporary poles and want to give to the Lord? ---Someone gives you R5. It is for a meal.
Income. Take 50 cents. It is the Lord’s tithe. Take 2 cents. That is your
offering. Why? God saved you from sin, He protects you daily, He provides meals
for you when it comes. Health when you are sick. Life daily. Thank you Lord.
You say. ---But I am poor and people at church will
laugh at me. God does not. The 2 cents you give in heaven is more than what
rich people are giving. What! You may not know it but you are friends with the Bank Manager of the Universe, the richest entity of the whole Universe. You are His child. ---When it comes to offerings, rich people
scratch in their purses on the side for coins. But if it is a burger they have
to buy they pull out in the center the heavy notes no matter what the cost. Can
you see the difference? ---Who is closer to the Lord in this
analogy? The woman with 2 cents or the rich man with available change money? ---Faith is what is needed. Salvation of
our souls from sin is what is needed. Daily closeness with the Lord is needed.
Read the Bible for answers to the soul. It is there. Then as you can, give. God
pays attention to every giver. ---He loves every giver. He will bless you
abundantly. Surprisingly. You will begin to laugh for joy. You will see His
workings in your life very clearly. ---Simple things are very important to
God. ---Who said that you cannot be a child of
God living in a shack in a shanty town in Gauteng? Not God. Humans may but not
God. ---You are the child of the King of
Heaven, you are a prince or princess. You are the son of God or daughter of
God. That counts more than money. Precious status. Cherish it. Keep it. Smile
for He is with you always.
