Invocation prayer (before reading the Scripture)

 

Dear God

Speak to us today

forcefully

through your Word.

 

Touch our hearts

with your Spirit

and change our lives

into the loving image

of your Son, Jesus Christ

 

Is our earnest prayer

in Your precious name

Amen

 

 

Main Worship prayer

Great God of all creation

How we watch Your presence with us....

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou.

 

We bring ourselves to you

our hearts,

our minds

our feelings

and lay it down before you.

 

Look at us,

your people,

your remnant for the last days

and show us the way to live for you.

 

Not only for ourselves we pray

we pray for the sick

we pray for the elderly

we pray for those in financial need

we pray for those who lost love ones recently

we pray for our relatives in other countries.

we pray for the spiritual future of our children

 

Also we thank -

thanking you to be our Guide

thanking you for daily provisions

for health

for happiness

for bread upon our tables

for the Word of God that will be speaking to us today

 

Gracious God

How can we ever forget Your love for us.

Accept us in your Name

We all pray

In Jesus loving Name
