Updating the Rebellion in Heaven History in Adventism

---The Rebellion in Heaven reality is denied by Karl Barth in all his works. It is the dark side of all his work. Just like Predestination is the dark side of all the work of John Calvin, so the Calvin lover, Karl Barth did not believe in Satan, Lucifer, Devil and the same.

---But it was a popular theme in the early days of the Middle Ages and New Testament. In Syriac Theology it is mentioned. Poets like Joost van Vondel and Hugo Grotius the 1650 lawyer, wrote also poems and drama about this theme of the Fall of Lucifer in heaven.

---Ellen White in her book Patriarchs and Prophets has this event. By the time it was published around 1900 it was very popular in Adventism.

---The Great Controversy in Heaven theme it is called. It is fundamental a pillar in Adventist Theology.

---So in 1976 professor Johann Japp taught this theme and it is online at www.egw.org at “Fall of Lucifer Gleanings”. http://www.egw.org/zboard/137302

---Now there is a video with a very good update by Dennis Priebe.

---Satan was thrown out of heaven and regretted it soon.

---So he requested from the head angel to see Christ.

---When he arrived before Christ he confessed his sins and repented.

---But Christ wept.

---Because in his heart was a small percentage of dishonesty.

---Great drama!

---Keep a pen at hand and look all references up online or in hardcopies. It is a must for a proper understanding of this pillar of Adventist Theology.
