The God of Shem the only true God

"And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant." Genesis 9:26

Question 1: God loves everybody. Then why is God called the God of Shem?

"셈의 하나님 여호와를 찬송하리로다!" 셈이 의롭게 행한 사람이었음에도 틀림 없으나 하나님의 지식을 보존하고 전파하도록 부르심을 받은 하나님의 백성들, 이스라엘 백성이 셈족이었기에 셈의 하나님이 찬송 받으심이 마땅합니다. 그리고 예수께서 그 백성을 통하여 오셔서 우리를 하나님께로 인도하는 산 다리가 되어 주셨으니, 셈의 하나님만이 참 하나님이십니다. 경외함과 감사로 나의 주님(아도나이)께 나아갑니다!

"Blessed be the LORD God of Shem!" Certainly Shem acted righteously, but moreover, the people of Israel were Semites who were called to be the people of God, to preserve and proclaim the knowledge of Him. Only the God of Shem is to be praised. Jesus also came through that people, Who is the living bridge leading us to God. The God of Shem is the only true God. We bow down before Thee, my Lord(Adonai), with reverence and gratitude!
