The morning Manna will be provided at 6am.
Thanks. Studying In the Crucible with Christ in the SSnet.org series Lesson 8, may
the Holy Spirit be the speaker to your heart. The Topic today is: "Cast your needs
upon Him and He will take care of you”. The Opening Hymn will be 229 "Spirit
of the Living God" The Sabbath School Quarterly, downloadable
from SSnet.org in the Teacher's Edition is on page 102 and for the laymen
edition or Standard Edition, on page 68. The SSnet.org site allows anyone, anywhere
to read the lesson in their own language. Choose your own language to see God
speaking also to your heart. Why do you not click on this now? https://absg.adventist.org/pdf.php?file=2022:3Q:SE:PDFs:EAQ322_08.pdf ---Peter wants you to cast all your cares
upon God because He will take care of them. But also Peter is asking us to be
humble and also to be soberminded. ---What does humble mean? Patient in the
Lord. Not selfish. Not gain and opportunistic orientated. Not self-elevated. To
respect the people put over us. The Hand of the Lord put them there. Faults or
no faults, they are instruments for a period of time and you are not involved.
Why? God knows. That is enough. ---Psalm 55:22 asks us to cast our burdens
upon the Lord. One translation read troubles and another said “whatever He
sends in your way”. Truth be told, He allows it to come but do not will it.
Why? There is a roaring Lion on this earth Peter told us. That is why. There is
a heaven watching, that is why. And there is you who are His treasure. ---When we cannot carry any longer we need
to pray and give it to God. That is the main secret. It is easy the lesson
tells us but also our experience. ---Once you experience it, you will do it
all the time. Christ said that He will do whatever we ask in His name. ---There are too many people, God will
miss me. What! He counted your hair. Not even a bird falls to the ground and He
does not know it. ---So immediately tune in. Call on Him.
Believe He will do it. Wait and see and sure enough, you will see. ---I will ask my pastor. No. You are the
priest for yourself. I will ask my father. No the father cannot save the son or
daughter and the son or daughter cannot save the father or mother. That is what
Ezechiel said. ---I do not know how to pray. Just say it
and add an Amen. One sentence of your need and help me please. Amen. What is
difficult in that? ---But I have a bad past. Even if your
sins were the blackest or darkest ever, it can become white as snow, Christ
promised David in Psalm 51. And it did because he was called perfect in
Chronicles. David perfect? What about Bathseba? Perfect, by God. That makes the
difference. Not by humans. By God. ---Search the Lord with all your
intentions and He will take care of you.
