people know it, but the Egyptian Eschatology Theology had the idea of an
earthly Nile and a Heavenly Nile. ---Every night
the Sungod Ra dies, and the souls of the dead that day are put into the boat
with Ra who's blood is red on the Western horizon. ---They travel
with him on their way to Midnight where they will face an "Investigative
Judgment" and everyone's heart is put on a scale to weigh their good
deeds. ---Judgment is
by works. For this they have to go through twelve gates during the night. ---Sir Walter
E. Budge of the British Museum had a picture from the Ptolemaic Times (300 BC)
about this process of Egyptian Eschatology Theology. ---A Monkey is
sitting on the scale to notoriously interfere with the weighing of the heart on
the scale before the Judge God Ptah directly before Midnight. --The Angel of
the Lord came at Midnight when Pharaoh Thutmosis III's oldest son died and he
is the one that is in the sarcophage of his father at the Oriental Institute in
Chicago, only 35 years old as X-Rays of Wente et al showed. Thutmosis III
drowned in the Red Sea and was never found says Psalms. ---Directly
after that Investigative Judgment of the heart on scales before Ptah, comes the
Executive Judgment by fire, trials, destructions, and fights the whole night
until the morning when Ra is born again on the eastern Nile. ---At Midnight,
Ra arrives directly over the earthly Nile. Executive Judgment is going to start
for those who did not succesfully pass the test. Just like the Angel of the
Lord arrived at Midnight. ---Jacob,
Joseph and Moses all dreamed of a "Heavenly Jerusalem or Canaan" says
the Book of Hebrews about Abraham and all others. ---They want
their bones to be carried to the physical earthly Canaan because of their hope
in the physical heavenly Canaan to come. ---Also the
Bible makes Joseph a prophet as dr. Doukhan brought out so well in this lesson.
"God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from
here" (Genesis 50:25). ---Lesson says
that ultimately the hope of salvation, the restoration of the New Jerusalem in
a new heaven and a new earth is the ultimate hope also of us.
