The Sanctuary Message is the contribution of Seventh-day Adventism to Christianity. Their understanding brings out the essence of the prophetic message of God through the Bible and God's intent with the sanctuary services in the Old Testament as well as His fulfillment of them in the life and work of Jesus Christ. The book of Hebrews chapters 9-10 is essential for a proper understanding of the role of the Tabernacle in the after service of Jesus as far as the Atonement is concerned. Sacrifice was hasty, for that is Satan's style but the Atonement is drawn out and long spanning millennia of care and research and evaluation and consideration by the unfallen worlds as a kind of jury. But the Trinity knows already. When Christ comes at the Second Coming His reward needs to be with Him and in order to bring the reward He need to judge and an investigative judgment is necessary. The executive judgment that will burn the weeds will be later.

This diagram is a comfortable tool towards reading Hebrews 9 and 10 together.
