According to my information, the lamp is an Antiochian import based on Roman models. These types date to 256 CE. They  have concave tops, no handle and is decorated with designs and figures.  One Antiochian lamp had some features exactly as  in the  lamp for identification, namely the curls near the nozzle with three vertical lines or four directly under the opening  at the nozzle. Type VI is a better choice since the hole for the pouring of the oil is  not exactly in the center of the lamp top  but on the side, just like the lamp for identification.
